Managing Director

Andrew's career began with Hilton International, firstly as a recruit on their Sales and Marketing graduate training scheme based at their Head office and then in their regional field sales team managing a portfolio of corporate and agency clients across the North East. In a hotel career lasting 10 years he gained further invaluable experience  in the London 5 star hotel scene with InterContinental Hotels and Metropole Hotels.

Now, with 24 years (and counting!) in the industry, Andrew has extensive experience of handling all types of event requirement, both in the UK and overseas, right up to large events such as the Queens Jubilee Concerts, numerous medical congresses, B2B exhibitions and a global defence exhibition attracting 40,000 participants!

Over the years, he has led his company's growth and account managed a wide range of corporate client requirements. Andrew's role now involves working at a strategic level on the company's growth and integration of our exciting online services that back up our exisiting offline expertise and talented customer service team..

Charlotte Davies BSc(Hons)
Finance Manager

Having obtained her degree in Hotel and Catering Management from the University of Surrey in 2003, Charlotte is a self motivated professional with a keen eye for detail. She joined the team in 2005 and has never looked back! With numerous notable operational achievements along the way, Charlotte has been a great asset to the business over the years and is furthering her expertise with the addition of Financial Management as a central part of her role.

Charlie Felstead
With 5 years' experience of working with our corporate and events clients on all types of requirement her expertise goes without saying! Among Charlie's strengths are her 100% commitment and determination to exceed client expectations. We love Charlie because she always goes the extra mile for her clients and for her warmth and friendliness towards everyone!

Kay O'Donnell
Kay joined in 2013 having worked for 5 years in the 5 Star market and has an excellent track record of great negotiation skills and attention to detail. Calm under pressure, she builds rapport through the confidence she instils and her thorough approach ensures great results first time, every time.

Anna Hellawell
Anna joined us in July 2012 after graduating from Leeds University and, having rapidly got to grips with the industry she now has responsibility for managing her own accounts operationally. When added to her natural professionalism and creative thinking this is resulting in an ability to provide excellent solutions to our clients' needs.
Sophie Bottazzi
Sophie has a wealth of event management experience and is reknowned for her attention to detail! It's all about the right going the extra mile to make sure no stone is left unturned to deliver the perfect outcomes for clients and you'll know Sophie's been involved because you won't even notice how perfectly all the arrangements have been organised.
